bikini girl tips n tricks: a grapefruit x apple cider vinegar a day keeps the fat away

This is one of our favorite daily "pick me ups" ☺
fresh squeezed juice from ½ of an organic grapefruit
1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar
and drink it down.

We like to do this once in the afternoon and once in the evening,
everyday before a meal and with somewhat of an empty stomach.
This is a great way to put a little Spring in your step, wake up your metabolism,
and within two weeks you should see a significant difference in your energy and even in your weight!
